How it works
Register the office, install on your computers, start talking.
Set it up once. After that, open a patient’s chart and the values you say go straight in.
Install PerioMaxer Desktop on those computers.
Download it from your portal and install it on the operatory computers that run your practice management system. Those are the computers that type into the chart.
Everyone who charts downloads the free app.
On iPhone or Android, they open the app and tap “My office already has PerioMaxer.” Nobody pays in the app; your office plan covers every phone.
Open the patient’s chart and speak.
The phone connects to the operatory computer, and entries go into the open chart live as you say them. No phone in the room? The computer’s own mic works too.
Check the chart before you close it.
PerioMaxer is a recording aid. The dental professional reviews the official chart and stays responsible for its accuracy.
No office? The app works alone.
A separate subscription inside the app unlocks standalone charting: full voice charts, kept in the app, no office computer needed. With an office plan you never need it.
