PerioMaxer for offices

The phone is the charting control. The desktop is the bridge.

Register each phone with the practice once. For each operatory session, choose its remembered office computer and tap Connect; scan the computer’s QR when the cloud-assisted path is unavailable.

1

Register

An office admin creates a one-use setup link, QR, or alphanumeric XXX-XXX code. Redeeming it creates durable office membership for that phone; it carries licensing and configuration only.

2

Connect

The clinician chooses a remembered registered computer and taps Connect. The phone obtains a one-use authorization for a fresh encrypted LAN session; the computer’s QR is the fallback.

3

Chart

The phone records clinician-entered values. Windows can enter them into the PMS chart open on that computer. Mac provides session preview and dry-run without PMS writes.

4

Manage

The office portal lists registered mobile devices and computers, current sessions, billing, and revocation controls.

Licensing that follows the office

Seats count simultaneous charting, not people or IP addresses.

A seat is occupied only while a charting session is active. The office can move between normal network addresses without losing access. Device identity and the office account—not a fixed public IP—anchor the license.

One location per current plan

Record-keeping onlyPerioMaxer records and transfers values entered by a dental professional. It does not diagnose, interpret findings, recommend treatment, or replace review of the chart of record.
