PerioMaxer Subprocessors
Version 1.0. Effective July 25, 2026.
SmileMaxer LLC uses the subprocessors below to provide PerioMaxer. We update this page at least 15 days before we add or replace a subprocessor that handles practice data, so a customer has time to object under the Data Processing Addendum.
What these vendors never receive
PerioMaxer keeps clinical work off the cloud by design. No subprocessor on this page receives voice audio, periodontal chart values, or patient names, because the cloud service is not built to accept them. Voice recognition runs on the phone or the office computer. Chart entries travel between the phone and the paired office computer over the practice's own network. Website tools
No third-party website analytics is running today. The public pages carry only our own first-party measurement, which stays on our servers and goes to no one else. The table below lists the providers the site is built to support, so that this page is already accurate on the day any of them is switched on.
None of them run inside the signed-in portal, and none is a subprocessor of practice data. Login, signup, checkout, password, verification, invitation, enrollment, account, and staff pages are excluded from all of them. Each one loads only after a visitor accepts the cookie banner; see Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

Not subprocessors
Apple Inc. and Google LLC distribute the PerioMaxer mobile apps through the App Store and Google Play. They act as distributors and, where you buy through them, as merchants of record. They do not process practice data on our behalf.
