$0 is due when the trial begins. Before you enter a card, checkout shows the exact amount and the exact date of the first charge. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing.
Cancel any time from the account dashboard. A reminder is sent 48 hours before the trial ends.
Multi-location groups and DSOs are contact-us only, so the plan fits the office instead of the other way around.
Yes. A card is required to begin the seven-day trial. Nothing is charged on the day the trial starts. Checkout shows the exact charge amount and date before the card is submitted, and a reminder goes out 48 hours before the trial ends.
Each plan covers a number of office computers running the PerioMaxer desktop: Solo covers 1, Small 4, Medium 9, and Max 20. Phones and tablets are unlimited on every plan; the computers are the only count that matters.
No. With an office plan the app is free: clinicians download it and tap 'My office already has PerioMaxer', then chart straight into the office computer. The app also sells a separate standalone subscription for charting without an office computer; those charts stay in the app.
No. The Windows companion can listen on the operatory computer's own microphone and record straight into the PMS, so an operatory can run without a phone at all. A headset or USB microphone works too, as soon as Windows treats it as the input device.
No, and that is deliberate. One source is live per session. The computer's microphone pauses on its own while a phone is paired, so two microphones never write to the same chart.
The Windows companion enters values into the chart already open on that computer. Open Dental is the system in production use today. Dentrix is supported too, with a short one-time setup.
Office Link sends chart entries directly between the phone and the paired desktop over the practice's local network. Account and licensing interfaces do not accept clinical chart traffic. Separately, support receives feedback and files you choose to attach, including non-patient test recordings; never include patient information.
About 17%. Annual billing is ten times the monthly rate, so a year of service costs ten months' price instead of twelve.
Yes. Change the plan from the account dashboard and billing is prorated by Stripe. Offices that need more than 20 computers, or that span several locations, should contact us instead.
The card on file is charged the price shown at checkout, on the date shown at checkout. Cancel before that date from the account dashboard and you pay nothing.
